Dr. Joshua Lange, DDS
Humble Beginnings
From the small mountain town of Tehachapi, CA, Dr. Joshua Lange spent his years after high school in Mexico learning Spanish and attending community college. Already with a young family of his own at the beginning of his college career in Mexico, he considered many career paths until the sciences and art of healing won him over. After transferring to the University of California San Diego, he became an active member in their esteemed pre dental society. He managed free dental clinics that served underserved populations in San Diego, led mission trips to Mexico, and worked with Thousand Smiles and NorCal projects. His heart is focused on serving people and changing their lives through dentistry.
Educational Excellence
After graduating with his undergraduate degree in Physiology and Neuroscience from the University of California San Diego, he continued his path to dental school. He earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry. Continuing to expand his knowledge and perfect his skills, he consistently attends advanced training in sedation, implants, and restorative dentistry. He has achieved a Full Arch Masters Fellowship, International Academy of Mini Dental Implant Fellowship, International Academy of Mini Dental Implant Mastery, and Mastery in Oral Conscious Sedation and IV Sedation with training through IADI.
Home Life
Dr. Josh loves spending time with his wife of 17 years and their three children. He is a jazz and blues enthusiast and plays the alto saxophone. With a love for fitness, he enjoys riding his Peloton, weightlifting, playing basketball, and all water sports. With family from Mexico, he is fluent in Spanish. He also is an avid reader and loves to travel to new destinations.
Dr. Denise Miresmaili, DDS
Journey to Dentistry
Born and raised in SoCal, Dr. Denise Miresmaili graduated with her Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Neuroscience from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA). She went on to earn her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree and completed her General Practice Residency through the Veteran’s Affairs Health Administration in Salt Lake City, Utah. She is also certified in IV Sedation, has completed advanced training in sleep and TMJ disorders, and has attended a TMJ & Sleep Therapy Centre Mini Residency program.
Home Life
She enjoys spending her free time with family and friends. With a love for animals, she has 2 adorable cats. You might find her on the coast surfing or in the mountains hiking and skiing.
